Our Story

Diagnosed with a gastrointestinal condition in my early teens, I was lucky to have the resources available to treat my illness. However, many do not have this fortune. With friends and family, we founded Chicago Gastro Help, which seeks to provide educational and charitable resources for the underserved members of the Hyde Park community struggling with gastrointestinal conditions. Our services include free meal plans and recipes for specific conditions and stipend-supplied grocery walks with clients.
